Eleanor’s background is in architecture, and she has worked for the Mayor of London for over 20 years where she champions the role of excellent design to enable successful regeneration and establish good places via strategy, planning, community collaboration and project delivery.

Eleanor is currently the Head of Design at the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. She leads the organisation’s activities shaping urban change from public realm projects co-designed with local communities and businesses to strategic plans which will realise the opportunities for ‘Old Oak West’ - a major new urban district around the Old Oak Common HS2 station.
