Louise is a Design Director leading WW+P’s mixed-use sector. Her extensive portfolio includes a diverse range of residential-led projects, ranging from large-scale masterplans and estate regeneration to smaller urban infill sites. Over the course of her 14-year career, Louise has collaborated with a variety of clients, including both public bodies and private developers.

Dedicated to community-centric design, Louise is driven by a passion for creating schemes that place the local community at their core. Her exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanour have proven instrumental in successfully leading comprehensive community and stakeholder relations programs.

Louise plays a pivotal role in overseeing WW+P’s mixed-use projects, ensuring they adhere to high standards in design quality, regulatory compliance and that they are meeting ambitious sustainability principles. Her proactive and positive approach fosters constructive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, planning authorities, and stakeholders alike.
