The Rooflight Company are delighted to be a sponsor of the first ever Architects Journal Architecture Awards.
Founded in 1993 by architect Peter King, the Rooflight Company created the original Conservation Rooflight® to satisfy a need in the Heritage market for a roof window that would sympathetically replicate traditional Victorian skylights as well as meet, and exceed, building regulations.
Alongside this range, the Rooflight Company manufactures the only flat rooflight specifically for Heritage buildings. The Conservation Plateau Rooflight retains many of the features of the Conservation Rooflight® whilst also having its own characteristics, such as an authentic skirt design. This range has been specified on landmark buildings such as Somerset House.
Now employing over 70 people in Oxfordshire, the Rooflight Company is an award-winning organisation that offers an extensive selection of high quality roof windows and rooflights for both the heritage and contemporary markets.
Alongside the standard sizes, the Rooflight Company have an in-house Design Team who work closely with architects to develop unique Bespoke Rooflights for a wide range of schemes.
As a company built on protecting heritage and buildings of national importance, we are proud to be sponsors of the Heritage Award at this years’ award ceremony.
