Alice Hamlin is an architect and Passive House designer for Mole Architects. She has been involved in projects at a range of scales, from one-off houses to mixed use developments. In 2020 she was shortlisted for the MJ Long Prize for her role as project architect for Marmalade Lane, a cohousing project in Cambridge. She has a deep interest in sustainability, and has been continuing Mole’s commitment to low energy design by integrating energy modelling and embodied carbon tools into the normal workflow of projects, as well as running local events to share knowledge.
