Edward joined Landsec in 2016. In his first two years at Landsec he launched a new sustainable design strategy for developments, led a research project on the effects of climate change and delivered on an ambitious sustainability plan for Westgate, Oxford, one of the lowest carbon retail destinations in the UK. Promoted to Director in 2017, Ed now leads the sustainable design and procurement strategy for an extensive development pipeline and works with finance, research and insurance functions to advance Landsec’s industry leading sustainability programme. Earlier in his career Ed worked on the procurement, delivery and post-occupancy evaluation of M&S Cheshire Oaks, a revolutionary retail store which would go on to win 13 sustainable design awards. Ed has 16 years’ experience in construction and sustainability project management, and holds an MBA with Distinction from Cass, one of the UK’s highest ranking business schools.
