Jonathan Clarke is a Principal at global architecture practice Woods Bagot; he heads up the practice’s London studio and is also the Global Sector Lead for Residential.
Jonathan’s prior experience has taken him around the world, designing high-profile schemes in the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In recent years his experience has been focused on the London market, delivering renowned and award-winning environments, including The Atlas Building, Helix Tower, Embassy Gardens, City Island and Royal Wharf, for high-profile residential and PRS developers such as Ballymore and Essential Living. In addition, in late 2017 Jonathan travelled to Australia to meet with Western Australia’s Minister for Housing, and other senior political figures, to advise and educate them on the country’s emerging build-to-rent offering – and the lessons it can learn from the UK.
