Dr Harriet Harriss (RIBA) leads the PhD Architecture and Interior Design research programmes at the Royal College of Art. Her teaching and research and writing are largely focussed upon pioneering new pedagogic models for design education as captured in Radical Pedagogies: Architecture & the British Tradition. Her most recent publication, A Gendered Profession asserts the need for widening participation in architecture as a means to ensure the profession remains as diverse as the society it seeks to serve.
