Andy Groarke is co-director of award-winning architectural practice, Carmody Groarke, which he established with Kevin Carmody in 2006. The practice has gained global recognition for its diverse portfolio of arts, heritage and residential projects.
Andy has over 20 years’ experience as an architect, leading the development of a number of award-winning projects, including the 7 July Memorial, Maggie’s Merseyside at Clatterbridge and Studio East Dining. Andy has lectured and taught extensively in the UK and overseas at institutions including the Royal College of Art and the Bartlett (University College London). He is currently leading delivery of the Windermere Jetty Museum, the new Members’ Room at the V&A and the Special Exhibition Gallery at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
