Guy Rochez is an Architect and chartered development Surveyor, with experience in architecture, planning and development for the public and private sectors. Guy leads the development team at TOWN, an innovative profit-with-purpose developer delivering sustainable community-focussed housing and regeneration projects. He previously worked at Brick By Brick and Croydon Council, providing direction to over 30 developments within an ambitious and innovative housing delivery model. Guy co-authored the Croydon Suburban Design Guide and managed Croydon’s Place Review Panel.
