Gabi is currently leading the London Studio of 170 architects, masterplanners, landscape and interior architects and designers within AtkinsRéalis. She is responsible for both setting the strategic direction of the London studio as well as developing people and projects in the entire London region. She has a strong track record of designing, delivering and managing large, complex projects and is also passionate about supporting the next generation of architects and industry professionals. In addition to her role as a Professional (RIBA Part III) Examiner, she is also an active mentor and has established formal mentoring programmes, employee-run forums and apprenticeship frameworks in both her current and previous practices.
